What will happen, when, and how much will it cost?
The Authentic Empowerment course takes place over the length of a week plus a day.
The Schedule (we cannot be very detailed in the description, for your benefit)
Saturday afternoon: We meet and introduce ourselves to each other and the entire day is spend learning about the power of your state (your mood/feeling) and doing state buiding exercises.
Sunday morning: We meet and learn to be still and how to ground oursevles. Then we will go through an exercise that is designed to free you and then get you in touch with your emotional truth. This will be the most difficult part of the course and it is possible some of you may not be able to complete this the first time (if not, we try again the next day).
Afternoon: We teach you about finding your purpose, and then we discover your three missions in life. This is your ultimate goal. Then we teach you how to use your heart and purpose to manifest your goal. There is a lot of new idea and theory around this.
Monday to Saturday: You will continue the meditative process and carry out the homework that will be assigned to you.
Sunday afternoon: We meet again for feedback, correction, and share stories about what happened/how you felt over the last week. You will be given parting words and parting tasks to live by.
Note: there will also be a course book that you will be given at the end of the course to read that is about manisfesting what you what in greater detail.
